Cooking
Here are all the ingredients that I use here in Bulgaria. In the recipe I will tell you about local products and in brackets write than to replace them in Russia
In one large bowl I put all SIRENE (Cheese).
To it add eggs, soda, and Jelly mlyako (Yogurt plain without additives). And all this mixed well with a fork. A blender or mixer to fluff is not necessary, because uniform composition we do NOT need. To the resulting mixture, the cheese should be in small pieces.
Take the prepared dough. It's like a regular puff, but very thin layers. In addition to the ordinary puff pastry can be used and thin pitas.
Spread on a baking sheet a layer of dough (here I put from 2 layer, because they are very thin) And on top of the finished mixture. Then another layer of dough, then mix. And so until, until the mixture will remain approximately 4 tablespoons. The top layer we have the dough.
Now our cut the Patty into squares, approximately 10 by 10 inches.
Now one of the most important points. A kind of secret Banjica) All the Patty, every bite we covered the top LIBERALLY with sunflower oil. About two tablespoons on each slice. to cover so that our openings were also filled with oil.
Now we are on top of the spray mixture remaining in our
Send the pan in the oven, preheated to 170 degrees on the lower level! And put the heated only from the bottom.
When the dough is risen and puffed up, then swap the baking sheet on the middle level and turn on the stove and top and bottom.
When the banitsa has become Golden brown, take out the baking sheet.
Cover it with a towel and leave to soak for an hour and a half
Then we cut through banicka for our old squares and can be eaten))) We in our family love the Patty in prikusku with Kiselev mlyako (and Yogurt). Drink tea or coffee! It turns out very tasty pastries)) Bon Appetit!
