Fritters chicken liver in sour cream
We have on the table today, fritters chicken liver, stewed in sour cream. Pancakes turn out very tender and juicy. And surprisingly, they do not have a pronounced liver taste.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Sunflower oil

  • Sour cream
