Description
My future jurnalistika came back for the weekend from Kiev! You need to treat detinko sweetie! So I decided to cook biscuits for a wonderful recipe submitted by Lisa Glinsky and "All Bodo relish". Appreciated by both my daughter and husband. Chocolate lovers will not remain indifferent. Looks like cookies just fine, but a light taste of mint gives it a fresh touch. I recommend to everyone!

Cooking
In the blender pour the sugar. The original recipe was 180 g. I took 130 g and I'm quite satisfied. Mint is a little cut with a knife and put in a glass on top of the sugar.
Bring down the immersion blender in this sugar and mint chips.
In a bowl, combine the flour, cocoa, salt and baking powder
Chocolate break, add to it butter
Melt all together on a steam bath. Not on the water, and steam (the top bowl should not be water), otherwise the chocolate may curdle.
Whisk the eggs until smooth, add them to chocolate
Sent to the dry ingredients and the chocolate-oil and peppermint-sugar mixture.
Knead the dough, roll it into a ball, tighten with cling film and put into the fridge for 1 hour.
Roll dough balls the size of a walnut. Dip them in powdered sugar. Roll generously, the more the layer of powder, the more effective will be cookies. Out of about 25 pieces. Zastenny spread on a parchment baking sheet at a distance of about 2 cm from each other and put into the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. During baking the cookies will grow, and crack due to the dust, we get dark cracks on a background of white powdered sugar.
Cold winter evenings with a glass of milk, this cookie will warm You and Your loved ones!
