My pears, remove them from the peel.
Cut pears in half, with a spoon of Noisette and remove the seeds first, then a little more flesh to deepen a bit more.
Lay out the pear halves in a saucepan Zepter cut up, sprinkled with lemon juice (1 tsp lemon juice leave to prepare nut filling). In each recess spread 1 tsp. of honey.
The casserole cover with lid and put in cold oven, turn on the small fire (my stove on the switch 4 division, so I turn on the unit). Give the direction of the controller to reach the middle of the green field, then switch off the stove. Leave the pan on the stove for approximately 5 minutes.
Produces fragrant pear. The resulting juice is poured from the halves of pears in a saucepan. Pears spread on a dish, give them a little cool.
Walnuts are dried slightly in the oven, letting them cool, then was crushed. Add to them a pinch of vanilla, 1 tsp lemon juice and cream.
Nutty stuffing mix into balls and put them in the deepening of the pear halves.
Decorate the dessert with half of walnut and a leaf of fresh mint. Pour the pear formed as a casserole sauce. Bon appétit!
