Meatballs, baked in milk baked
Today's celebratory lunch we didn't do without meatballs. I usually cook this dish in the pan, but today I baked the meatballs in the oven in the baked milk with sour cream. Really tasty, with a creamy taste. And most importantly - simply and quickly.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

  • Chicken egg

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk ghee

    150 ml

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Prepare the ingredients. I have minced pork and veal 1:1. But you can use any meat for these meatballs.

The rice needs to be cooked. To do this in a saucepan, pour 2 cups of water and pour a Cup of rice, salt. Cook until the rice will not take all the water. The rice remains slightly it raw.

Cut the onion finely. For the meatballs I always cut onions. But you can, of course, and in a meat grinder to grind.

Meat sprinkle with salt and pepper, then add the egg and onions. Stir.

Add the rice (no need to cool). And again mix well.

Shape the balls and put them in a baking dish. Size - whatever you like.

Sour cream mixed with milk. You can add a little water if you want gravy in the meatballs was bigger.
