Meatballs, beets and cottage cheese
This recipe found in an old book called "My culinary library." Made exactly according to the recipe. Turned out very tasty burgers. Sweet beets combined with the cheese and garlic gives the meatballs a delicate taste. Try it, maybe you'll like it! Time spent is not much, affordable dish and it can be attributed to diet.

Pre-boiled beets grate on a coarse grater, excess liquid drained. Garlic and onions finely chop.

Mix beetroot, cheese, fried onions. chopped garlic, beat the egg, mix it all together.

Add 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs salt, mix and allow 15 minutes to stand up, something crackers took in the extra liquid, bake the meatballs.
