Description
This is a very small cookie baskets with strawberry jam. The idea was to package each cookie in a clear pouch, empty into a flashlight. And give, direct, with a flashlight! The idea of such a gift found on the Internet! I think the idea is great! Just a pity that the photo is hard to see these cookies, probably because of bulk packaging. This is my 200th recipe is dedicated to my best virtual friend Susan avani.

Orange zest

Cooking
We will need 100 grams of butter at room temperature.
Cane sugar TM "Mistral" SMALL.
With orange to remove the zest, about 1 teaspoon.
Butter, sugar, egg and zest and mix well.
Gradually add the flour.
Knead the dough, wrap in foil, remove for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
I have these little silicone molds, to spread the dough.
Distribute the jam.
With the plunger snowflake to make a cut from the dough and decorate cookies.
To shift the molds on a baking sheet and bake 30 minutes in preheated oven to 170 degrees.
