Eateries pies with chicken and vegetables
I planned to bake pies with chicken, but wanted something original. And carried me on the Internet. Search result of hearty cakes, and broth is tasty and satisfying in themselves. The Foundation took the recipe of Alex (mirsladostey).

Ingredients

  • Milk

  • Garlic

  • Chili

  • Ketchup

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Greens

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Sesame

  • Butter

Cooking

In warm milk with sugar to revive the yeast before the advent of foam caps. The butter will melt and allow it to cool to warm.

In a large bowl, mix the living yeast, yogurt, butter, egg and salt. Screened here the flour and knead soft, slightly sticky dough.

While the dough rises, prepare the filling. With a chicken breast and remove the fillets (you can take the ready fillets), drained beans with liquid, onion and garlic finely chop.

In a blender, grind the chicken fillet with the addition of ground pepper and chili pepper. You can skip the meat through a meat grinder, but I love that used in the stuffing was pieces.

In a pan saute chopped onion and garlic until Golden brown. Then add to it minced chicken and cook about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

In a blender grind the canned beans, puree and add to the frying pan to the mince. Again all mix and cook for another 5 minutes. Then add sauce and herbs. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

The filling I made a very sharp and salty. If the filling will seem liquid, you can still hold the pan on the fire until evaporation of excess liquid or thicken the filling with bread crumbs or a breading mixture. The stuffing is ready, allow it to cool down.

Abenaim the dough and divide into equal balls. I got 12 MB balls weight 60 grams. Cover and allow the balls to rest a little (about 10 minutes)

Each balls with your hands or a rolling pin moldable pellet, in the middle of each tortilla put the stuffing. I have fit two teaspoons with a slide. Suscipiam and form patties.

Formed patties put tightly into the form, lined with baking paper. Cover the form with a towel and leave in a warm place for 20-25 minutes until the cakes increase in volume. The oven include warm up t 190-200 degrees.

Cakes lubricated lightly beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until Browning. Ready-made cakes grease with butter.
