Description
For chocolate lovers I want to offer a lovely recipe vegetable muffin. Fast, simple and very tasty! Texture – great, slightly moist, with caramel notes that give the brown sugar and honey! And fragrance combining light citrus hue and a unique smell of chocolate will not leave anyone indifferent! I think that whoever does not fast, also did not deny myself the pleasure to eat a piece of delicious, uplifting, and vigor of mind and body, muffincake!

Cooking
Banana and orange grind in a blender into a puree.
Add sugar, honey, vegetable oil and all beat up.
Separately mix the flour, starch and baking powder. I even add a pinch of salt, but this is at your discretion. I think salt gives the dish a more pronounced flavor (but that's my personal opinion).
Mix liquid ingredients and dry. Allow dough to stand for 10 minutes.
Fill the tins with muffin batter to 2/3 of its volume, the muffins will increase. If you take silicone molds, then oiling them is not necessary. If molds iron, then brush them with vegetable oil and sprinkle with flour or semolina.
Bake in preheated to 200 degrees oven for 25 minutes on the middle shelf. Just warning you, this time a method of checking on the readiness of a wooden skewer will not work, because the brown sugar and honey in hot looks like liquid caramel, so how could you not baked, the stick with which you will pierce a muffin, will still be slightly vlazhnovatoy. So after baking the muffins must be removed from the molds and cool! So that fans of the hot cakes have a little patience))) but then you will be able to enjoy the magnificent muffin but with such a texture.
Once the muffins have completely cooled, you can decorate them as well to complement the taste range at your discretion. I have it coarsely chopped almonds, which I sprinkled on the surface of our cupcakes, pre-lubricated orange marmalade.
