Bread to the soup
A great addition to the soup.

Ingredients

  • Bread

  • Salt

  • Greens

  • Garlic

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

Grate potatoes on a coarse grater, squeeze the juice, add salt, pepper, chopped herbs and garlic to taste.

A piece of bread with a fork gently blend potatoes and hold the bread.

In a hot pan with vegetable oil put bread potatoes down and presses(but not much). Fry, checking that the potatoes don't burn.

Fry the bread from both sides, it makes them crispy and even more delicious.

To serve with soup))
