Cracker whole grain flax
Spring came, and so I want to fly towards the warm sun, get rid of extra pounds and enjoy the bright colors. Many go on a diet, and the cookie anyway you want) So why deny yourself the pleasure? Offer a recipe of low-calorie but delicious and healthy cracker.

Ingredients

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    150 g

  • Water

    60 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Flax seeds

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

To combine and mix all dry ingredients: flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and flax seeds. If you want salty crackers, use my recipe. If you want a sweet cracker, then put more sugar and just a pinch of salt.

To dry mixture add water and vegetable oil (2 tbsp).

Knead tight dough. It should be tight and not stick to hands.

Roll the dough thinly (2-3 mm) and a cookie cutter to cut out crackers. Put it on a greased with vegetable oil (1 tbsp) baking sheet.

Bake crackers in the oven at 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Make sure that the crackers don't burn. When cool, you can bring to the table.
