Cooking
Dear cooks! Of course in this recipe, you can give free rein to their imagination. Choose yoghurt with your favourite flavour, take your favorite fruits or berries. Chop finely or put berries Zelek, and fruit slices. In General, to do everything to Your taste! :) So I decided to make ice cream in orange cups, and took the orange. I had one very large orange, and the second average. Big orange is a plus that you get a good Cup, but it is not very tasty pulp. So, of course, it is better to use a tasty orange, but the cups will be smaller or freeze in silicone of "ice cream makers" or in any convenient for you form. So, an orange cut in half, remove the pulp with a spoon "lobular holes".
Then spoon balls of ice cream or with your hands (it's not hard) cleaned up the remains of the orange and pour the juice from the bowl and waste bowl with pulp. We don't need him. They can be enjoyed separately, while preparing ice cream! :)
Then take the yogurt. I had Greek with a creamy taste, not sour and not sweet, with 2.5% of fat. But I can take absolutely anyone. Then add sugar to taste if yogurt is sweet.
Yogurt and sugar, beat until the sugar is dissolved. It is possible with a mixer, you can whisk.
Orange pulp is a little torn by hand into smaller pieces and mix with yogurt-sugar mixture.
Nalivaem in orange cups or molds and put into freezer for 3 h. the Cups better to cover with plastic wrap so the ice cream didn't absorb odors.
After 3 hours take out the ice cream and optionally decorate with grated chocolate. Better to get it out of the freezer 15-20 minutes before eating and allow to stand at room temperature. Not very icy ice cream, eat much nicer! I hope that this dessert will have your taste! Bon appetit! :)
