Tasty, interesting, useful and very delicate dish. The taste of carrots in this recipe are not pronounced, the basic tone is set by the nuts and sour cream sauce with spices. And what they beautiful, bright colors!

Cooking
Carrots wash, peel and grate on a fine grater.
Peas to turn through the grinder into flour. 2 tbsp flour retained for boning.
Mix carrots with pea flour and chopped nuts (I don't really crushed). Add salt, turmeric, red pepper, 40 ml of water and mix thoroughly. Roll into balls.
The balls roll in chickpea flour and fry in vegetable oil on medium heat on both sides.
Sour cream mixed with 1 tbsp water (if sour liquid, water can not be added), season with salt and pepper and pour over balls. To extinguish under a cover on slow fire of 10-15 minutes.
