Casserole with cheese and rice with apples
Delicious and delicate pie, with a harmonious combination products. The casserole can be served on Breakfast or for dessert.

Boil the rice (Aquatica Color Mix TM "Mistral") in water until tender, following instructions on the package.

Separate eggs into yolks and whites. Proteins put into the refrigerator, and the yolks add the cane sugar, mix and whip.

Add the softened butter and cheese (my homemade, pureed through a sieve), a little beat up.

Add the cooled rice, mix well.

Beat the whites to a solid foam, and gently, by folding, to enter into curd-rice mass.

The bottom of the form (I d=22 cm) to cover with baking paper and spread a lot. Apple wash, cut into 4 pieces, remove the seed box and cut into slices. Stick the Apple slices in the curd-rice mass. Bake in preheated (160-180C) oven for about 30-40 minutes until dry toothpick. Cut the casserole better when it cools down.
