Cooking
I kneaded the dough using the bread machine. In the bucket of a bread machine pour warm water, add yeast and leave for 5-10 minutes.
Add the sifted flour, salt, sugar, olive oil.
Place the bucket in the bread machine and include the mode of kneading.
Give the dough to increase in volume in 2-2,5 times in a warm place.
Divide the dough into 2 equal parts.
Using flour for podpira, roll each piece of dough into a circle with a diameter of about 23-25 cm
On one half of the circle put thin slices of ham, tomatoes, mozzarella, and Basil.
Cover the toppings with the other half of the dough, samipya edge. In the same way prepare the second Focaccia.
Protiven grease with oil, shift to a workpiece, cover them with foil and give them to increase in volume about 2 times.
Make indentations in the dough and using a teaspoon spread over the grooves with the remaining olive oil.
Bake Focaccia in a preheated 200 degree oven for about 23-25 minutes. Bon appétit!
