Ingredients

  • Flour

    130 g

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

  • Rye flour

    60 g

  • Water

    170 ml

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Ham

    120 g

  • Mozzarella

    120 g

  • Cherry tomatoes

    140 g

  • Basil

I kneaded the dough using the bread machine. In the bucket of a bread machine pour warm water, add yeast and leave for 5-10 minutes.

Add the sifted flour, salt, sugar, olive oil.
