Homemade bacon flavored
This recipe will be enjoyed by all lovers and lovers of bacon. Salting fat - signature recipe for my husband. It is tender and the salsa is always on our table.

Ingredients

  • Fat

    1.2 g

  • Bay leaf

    6 piece

  • Garlic

    5 piece

  • Salt

    150 g

  • Black pepper

    20 g

Cut a piece of plastic wrap ( we will wrap the fat ). On top of the fat make deep incisions.

Salt very liberally on all sides, not afraid to overdo. Fat the excess salt will not take (after 3 days of salting, the excess salt stays outside fat). Generously pepper.

Grind the garlic in chesnokodavilke and roll them fat. Grind the Bay leaf and sprinkle the bacon on top.

Wrap bacon in foil and leave overnight at room temperature to highlight juices. In the morning, put it in the fridge for 3 days.

After 3 days the fat you can eat. It is advisable to store it in the freezer. Those who experience anxious feelings to this product, will understand me: by the chopped bacon with black bread and garlic can not pass!!!
