Carrot cake with chocolate
Very light and tasty cupcake that will appeal to chocolate lovers, carrot and coconut.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Carrots

    150 g

  • Chocolate milk

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

  • Milk

    50 ml

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

From these simple ingredients and turns out delicious cake. Carrots in sweet baked goods I tried once, I really liked it and when I saw this recipe I immediately decided to try it. Remained very pleased with the result. Really want to You just like it. I carrots rubbed on a medium grater, forgot that it should ha small, but the pastries looked very nice. Chocolate should be a little grind.

The recipe as said, very simple, all the ingredients with a spoon stir to avoid lumps and put into the form, pre-lubricated with oil, if the form is not silicone.

Put the form in a pre-heated oven to 180* and bake for 30-35 minutes.

The pastry is soft, delicate, moderately sweet, very tasty!
