Yesterday, walking through the forest and saw a nest of grouse. I have came up with the idea for the sandwiches "nests".

Cooking
Carefully separate the white from the yolk. Proteins vzbit in the stable foam, add salt.
From slices of bread cut off the crust.In the center make a hole and fry in butter.
For the croutons spread the beaten egg whites. In the center make a hole and put a yolk in it. The nest lay on a baking sheet, sprinkle with cheese and finely chopped greens. Bake in the oven until Golden brown.
