Plum cake with nuts and chocolate
The recipe for this wonderful cake I took Nina Niksya and always bake it in the season of plums. This delicious and beautiful cake I always associate with autumn. And now, when the warm summer comes autumn sadness, offer to bake this soft and aromatic cake, enjoying its unique flavor, recall the past summer fun.

Here are our products for baking a cake. I used a prepared peanut flour who have no such flour, you can crush the nuts in a blender. The recipe uses dark chocolate, ideally 70%, but I do it all the time, so I used ordinary milk chocolate.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, a baking dish with a diameter of 20-22 cm grease with butter and sprinkle with semolina. Plum wash, cut in half and remove the bones.

Cut plums into slices, halves 12 reserve for decorating cake.

Chocolate RUB on a coarse grater.

Softened butter and sugar, beat with a mixer. Still whisking add the eggs one by one. Once formed a creamy homogeneous mass, turn off the mixer, add the chopped plums and chocolate, gently stir with a spatula.

Add the nuts, stir.

Add flour and baking powder, stir. The result is a fairly thick batter.

Spread the batter in the baking dish. On each of the remaining half of the plums with a sharp knife, make 3-4 cuts and put the plums on the dough, slightly pressing.

Put the pie in the oven and bake for 45-50 minutes. Check the readiness with a dry wand. Take out the pie from the oven and leave it for 15 minutes to rest.

Pour some coffee, cut a slice and enjoy. M-m-m... yummy.
