Description
I was interested in this unusual recipe and I decided to make rice balls. Indian recipe of the balls used flour from another species of rice. But I think the rice Mistral Italica is also well-suited for this recipe. Trade beads proved to be troublesome because the dough is sticking to hands and mold the balls was not easy. But the result was quite interesting. Help yourself!

Cooking
On medium heat, melt the brown sugar with 1/4 Cup water.
Add coconut and mix well.
Add ghee and cook the mixture until all the liquid is absorbed. Add nutmeg and remove from heat. I want to note that for the filling, I had half of the coconut flakes.
In a coffee grinder grind the rice into flour.
Boil 180 ml of water, add a pinch of salt and gradually pour water into the rice (you may need less water). When rice mixture has cooled, begin to mold her balls. To the rice mixture from sticking to hands, they need to slightly moisten. From such quantity of rice mixture is approximately 5 medium balls. Take 1/5 of the rice mixture and make her a cake in the middle put about a teaspoon of the filling and shape the ball. Cook the balls for a couple about 20-25 minutes. Serve warm!
