Hi everyone, I want to share with you the recipe "Cauliflower in Polish!" Recently remembered about this cabbage and I wanted very much! When my husband and I never have any more kids, we went very often to Poland! At markets like sprouts served with meat, (only she just fried in breadcrumbs)! And when we went to a nice restaurant, we was served to alentine exactly that! It turns out very tasty, fast! You can eat as a side dish, but you can just as it is for dinner!

Cauliflower disassemble on inflorescences, boil in salted water for 10 minutes or steamed for that matter. It should not be boiled! Leaves of parsley wash and finely chop. Wash the lemon, remove the peel a little, cut into two pieces and squeeze the juice. Eggs boil, clean. One egg, cut into small pieces.
In a pan melt the butter, add the breadcrumbs, lemon peel, chopped parsley and one chopped egg, salt, pepper, a little fry all together.
On dish put prepared cabbage, sprinkle it with lemon juice and sprinkle a little grated, nutmeg. Sprinkle the roast with eggs and breadcrumbs. Garnish with parsley and one chopped egg. To eat, hot! The finished dish!
