Chicken
Dear, dear cooks!!! Finally it's time for me to post my first recipe on this magical website, where I sit for exactly a year! To your attention I want to offer insanely delicious dish that I cooked as a student, just learning the basics of cooking, my boyfriend, and he asked again and again to cook it!!! Set of products is unpretentious and I'm sure there is always clean in the fridge!!! That is why student and ready! :))) And now, being already 6 years in the status of the husband, he often asks to cook the chicken. It turns out so tender and delicious... mmm... now!

    1 coup

  • Dutch cheese

    150 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

  • Lecho

    0.5 l

  • Tomato paste

    4 Tbsp

  • Chicken thigh

    6 piece

Cooking

step-0
Chicken (today I cooked regular ham with bone + pair of drumsticks, but tastier and more convenient when pitted) salt and pepper each side (first remove the skin). Fry in a pan with the addition of a minimum amount of vegetable oil. Fry literally for 5 minutes on each side until Golden brown.
step-1
Put fried chicken on a baking sheet, sprinkle Lecho. I always cook meals from Lecho own preservation. Well, that is not their own, and mom's-dad's :))), and together they always make preparations for the winter and then have generously (I have two older siblings) all winter with their Goodies!!! Lecho and all the pickles they are impossible delicious!
step-2
Over Lecho spread tomato paste or tomato puree. Today used purchase!
step-3
Sprinkle grated on a coarse grater cheese.
step-4
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes, but in General, it all depends on the size of pieces of chicken (I had medium size pieces).
step-5
Then remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle with finely chopped dill! The flavor is incomparable!!!
step-6
All a pleasant appetite!!! I hope that will satisfy many Amateurs baked chicken as my beloved husband! So even with the mother-in-law-tastevin Lecho!!! :))) And on the side I also have a very tasty dish, can act as an independent, by the way! Pasta with tomatoes and Basil! Girls, the portion is not my husband! :))) Of course I love fuckin ' ... but... haven't eat! :)
step-7
:))) mom's-dad's Lecho, which has built up a lot of my recipes!
