Description

Banana-Apple pie
Very banana cake: shortbread crust flavored with sun-dried bananas, a layer of bananas and apples, and top with a thick banana cream, and above this is the crunchy topping of banana chips and white chocolate. The taste is very banana, delicate and full-bodied. Fans of bananas, go!

Cooking

step-0
For this cake we will need the bananas in three conditions: fresh (chips), dried and fresh.
step-1
For starters, dried bananas, chop (I cut with a knife).
step-2
In a separate bowl soft butter to mix with sugar, add flour with baking powder, egg, stir.
step-3
Add the chopped dried bananas, knead the dough.
step-4
Roll the dough into a ball and put into the refrigerator for 40 minutes, at least.
step-5
In the bowl of a blender, mix 2 bananas, cream or milk (I have 20% cream mixed with milk), corn starch (can substitute flour) and egg, to break together, 10-15 seconds.
step-6
In a separate bowl mix butter with sugar, add milk-banana mixture, put on a small fire.
step-7
Cook until thick, stirring constantly, then cool.
step-8
The dough spread on the form, to form a rim.
step-9
Apples clear from the core and peel, thinly slice, lay out on the dough, banana clean, too thinly cut and spread on the apples. Put in pre heated oven 180 degrees for 10-15 min.
step-10
Banana chips crushed (I ran the blender a few seconds).
step-11
Remove the cake from oven, spread banana cream.
step-12
Sprinkle the top with crushed banana chips, put back in the oven 170-160 degrees for 30-35 min.
step-13
White chocolate rubbed (see photo the size of the piece that I needed).
step-14
For 5-10 min. before the end of time is to flip the cake, sprinkle with grated chocolate and again put back in the oven.
step-15
Cool completely before serving!
