Description
The English muffin is a bread that is baked twice in a skillet. Ie first bake in the pan muffins, and then cut and fry again, but with the oil in the pan. Excellent Breakfast both for children and for adults.

Cooking
Buckwheat pour boiling water, add the vinegar and mix well. Leave for 5 minutes to swell the buckwheat.
