Meatloaf with liver
A very quick solution for remaining idle pancakes. The result was a slightly "Packed" liver pate.

Ingredients

The liver (I took the rabbit) cooked with bacon, onion and carrots. Discard the onion, grind in a meat grinder hot liver, carrots and lard, add salt and pepper to taste. Add pre-softened butter and knead thoroughly with the prepared paste. If the fat is not acceptable for you, then you can just increase the amount of butter to 100 g, so that the pate is better spread on pancakes). In the paste it is desirable to add fried onion, you can also add sauteed mushrooms. Flour, milk, eggs, salt and vegetable oil to prepare the batter for thin pancakes. Bake in the pan 6-8 pancakes.
