The meat should be slightly frozen so that it can be properly cut. Preheat the oven. The meat is cut into thin slices (like the picture) and then into strips. RUB the oil, soy sauce, pepper and salt and leave for some time. Chop the onion, wash the arugula. In refractory form spread onions on top of meat and bake 10-15 minutes at 220 C, adding a bit of soy sauce. Prepare the arugula. It is better not to cut and to pick hands. In a salad bowl put the arugula, the arugula on top of the meat. Pour the juice formed during the roasting meat, and balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Decorate with cherry tomatoes.
