This, of course, not a classic soufflé, but I kept the original name of the recipe. Despite this, this light and airy dessert is prepared very simply and quickly and its taste will not leave indifferent neither adults nor kids. It is a useful treat for even non-lovers of cheese, as it is practically not felt. Go - help yourself!

Cooking
Peel the Apple and bake it in the oven (the microwave, the convection oven). In principle, you can't bake, but baked Apple soufflé smoother.
Take half a pack of cottage cheese (125 grams) and mix with 2 tablespoons of blueberry jam, "Mach."
The remaining half of cheese mix with baked Apple and sugar.
In a blender whip the Apple-cottage cheese in under a minute.
To do the same with the blueberry-cheese mixture.
Break biscuits into small pieces (I used a rolling pin)
The first layer is put in the glass, blueberry-cheese souffle. Cover it with cookies. The next layer is Apple-cheese souffle. Decorate with grated chocolate.
