I always thought that lasagna is a "layer cake" with meat. Until one day I saw a photo of the original rolls. They looked so appetizing that I decided to cook them! In addition, I wanted to try different fillings. In this case: traditional meat; vegetable - sweet pepper and zucchini; fish - canned tuna and red beans. It was very tasty! Especially liked the last filling. And install convenient, and taste awesome.

Prepare meat filling. Finely chop the onion, carrots grate on a grater, shred the garlic. In a hot pan fry the mince for 5 minutes (in olive oil), add chopped vegetables, grated tomatoes, salt, pepper to taste. Cook all together for another 10 minutes. Turn off, set aside.
Prepare vegetable stuffing. Finely chop zucchini, peppers, onions and herbs. Fry the vegetables in the pan for about 7 minutes, add grated tomatoes and simmer for another 5 minutes. Salt, pepper to taste. Turn off, set aside.
Prepare the fish filling. Tuna and beans mash with a fork. Cut onion, fry in olive oil 1-2 minutes, add tuna and beans, pureed tomatoes and fry, stirring, for 3-4 minutes. Salt, pepper to taste. Off, off to the side.
Now prepare the lasagne. To do this, cook them in salted boiling water for 10 minutes, then drain off the water and lay one sheet on a plate or Board. On each sheet spread the filling with a thin layer (about 1-2 tablespoons per sheet). And twists the sheet rolls. Then cut the finished roll into pieces. I cut in half. But I can see that it is better to cut it into 3 parts. Then every roll will get "one bite ". Finished rolls are stacked on a large platter.
Sprinkle with grated cheese. Put in the microwave or oven to melt cheese.
Decorate can tomato paste or herbs.
