Description
I had a wonderful childhood - I remember we often went on nature noisy company: my parents, grandpa, grandma, their funny friends and, of course, all took their grandchildren! I want to share (checked more than one generation :))) recipe for stew, which was prepared by my grandfather. However, over time, each of us has made adjustments in preparation, I will present my version. But for the contest I even found the same hat!

Cooking
So, hang the pot over the fire, pour vegetable oil and throw in heated lamb (I had ribs). Fry over high heat...
As meat is browned, add the roughly chopped onions
In meat with onions pour soy sauce. With fire you can not shoot, I did so to photograph))) Fry, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes.
Then lay the diced carrots, cook another 10 minutes.
Now put the tomatoes and stew for 5 minutes
Next comes the green beans
after 5 minutes, lay bell peppers (multi-color), cut into strips. Don't forget to mix in a couple of minutes, pour it into a pot of boiling water to cover by 1 cm on top of our vegetables with meat.
When the broth boils, put shredded cabbage
Followed by shredded radish. Stir and you want the fluid level after adding the cabbage and radish were slightly lower than existing products in the stew or on par with them.
A little simmer, then add a couple of things of hot pepper, spices, chopped leek (or green feathers of the young garlic), cut into slices and the garlic. Mix well, cover, simmer 5 minutes and then remove from fire and leave to stew for 10-15 minutes without opening the cover.
To prepare this dish spicy seasoning: finely chop garlic + 2 tablespoons red pepper + 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and all fill it with hot vegetable oil (30-40 Gy). Beat. I almost forgot about the photo and that's all that managed to capture)))
You're done! That's what we've got! Such rich and pretty yummy! And everything smelled of smoke from a fire...
The finished dish sprinkle with herbs and sprinkle with lemon juice. Bon appetit!
