Meat in Italian in tomato sauce
Kilogram men's food! I too often prepare such meals when the meat is chopped into large pieces, and this occurs most often when you want the meat very much. This case was exactly the dinner we enjoyed immensely. The meat is soft and juicy!

Ingredients

  • Beef

    1 kg

  • Tomato

    800 g

  • Dry white wine

    200 ml

  • Rosemary

  • Olive oil

    40 ml

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Basil

  • Olives

    60 g

  • Thyme

    3 g

  • Salt

Meat cut into large pieces, about 3*4 cm Soak the meat in white wine, rosemary and Basilica at night. I used dried chopped parsley. If possible, use fresh.

Drain marinade (if using fresh sprigs of rosemary, leave them in the meat). Meat dry. Over high heat, heat the olive oil in a frying pan and add the meat. Intensively stirring fry it on all sides.

You need to blanch the tomatoes - bring to boil 2 liters of water in a saucepan and throw in 2 or 3 minutes the tomatoes and remove them. Clean the tomatoes from the skin and chop in a blender. In tomatoes, finely chop the garlic, add black olives, pitted, cut in half, and thyme.

Pour the sauce into the meat, salt to taste and simmer for about 30-40 minutes, until tender.
