There are many variations of stuffed crab sticks, but with the stuffing I have found. A quick recipe for a snack of crab sticks stuffed with egg, cheese and cucumber. Appetizer that will appeal to all. The first scatters off the table!

Prepare the filling: Boiled eggs peel, grate on a coarse grater grate the Cheese on a medium grater grate the Cucumber on a coarse grater, Mix with eggs, cheese, cucumber, add the garlic (to suppress), mayonnaise. Mix thoroughly. The stuffing is ready!
Stuff crab sticks: Crab stick cut in half, deploy, spread with filling, tightly roll. So repeat with all the sticks. The food is ready!
