Description
A simple but delicious cake hails from Western Ukraine. Includes two types of test on my egg whites and yolks, with a layer of nuts.

Cooking
7 eggs, divided into yolks and whites. Proteins vzbit in a lush foam, gradually adding sugar (1 Cup) and lemon juice. Then add 3 tbsp flour, 3 tbsp corn starch, 1 tsp of baking powder and vanilla sugar. Carefully so the dough is not settled, stir with a spoon movements from the top down.
Put the dough in a detachable form, greased and covered with parchment. Sprinkle with chopped nuts mixed with cocoa.
For the second test, beat 7 egg yolks and one whole egg with the remaining sugar. Then add the lemon zest and 4 tbsp flour mixed with 1 tsp. of baking powder.
The resulting dough is poured onto the filling and put the pie in the preheated oven (170-180°). about half an hour. Readiness defined by a wooden stick.
To prepare glaze, melt 100g of chocolate with 100g of butter and mix well. The finished cake should be well cooled, remove from the mold and pour the chocolate glaze. Served platici to the table already cut into individual portions-cakes. Bon appetit!))
