A delicious muffin with a tender middle and hrustaleu crust.

Ingredients

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    50 g

  • Flour

    450 g

  • Serum

    350 ml

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Butter

    50 g

I all the ingredients are dry mixed, the serum is a little warmed up and loaded everything into HP, put on certain functions of "dough"

The finished dough is laid out on heavily floured surface
