Very much I liked the recipe from Generic "quiche with broccoli and feta" and on the grounds, so to speak, I was born this recipe! Vegetables and cheese on thin bread pillow will not leave you indifferent!!!

Cooking
Prepare the cabbage, dividing it into florets
To defrost the vegetables at room temperature
Roll out as thin as possible the dough (I have about 2 mm left) and cover with a layer of dough form that are processed with vegetable oil. Put the cabbage and cheese (80% of the total, a little cheese will come in handy for the sauce) and the gaps between the buds and the top...
Next, spread the vegetables
For the sauce: Eggs+cream+cheese in a blender mix until smooth Pour mixture in pie and sprinkle with grated hard cheese
In a preheated 180*C oven set for 30-40 minutes (until Browning), then cover with foil and allow to stand for 40 minutes. Remove the foil and 10 minutes we should form a smooth soft cheese crust [:-} [:-} [:-}
