Orange roll
This is a very gentle, sweet, melting in your mouth dessert that will require minimum effort and give maximum taste, for those who do not consider eggs:-)

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    8 piece

  • Orange juice

    150 ml

  • Butter

    80 g

  • Flour

    1 tsp

  • Orange zest

    1 piece

Stir juice, flour, lemon zest, add eggs, beat on low speed until the sugar dissolves, but avoid foaming, add the melted butter, stir well and pour on a baking tray, covered with paper, greased.

Bake in a hot oven (about 200 degrees) for around 20 minutes, gently place on a towel sprinkled with sugar.

Roll with a towel roll, cut into pieces and decorate with zest. Bon appetite, enjoy.
