In 2001 my husband on March 8 gave me a cookbook of great size. I am very grateful, because it started my journey on cooking. The recipe of this salad, I took it from this book. All lovers of chicken, this salad is dedicated.
Ingredients

Chicken egg

Mayonnaise
1 pack

Cooking
My chicken and boil it until fully cooked (the meat should easily separate from the bones)
In the finished chicken separate the meat from the skins and from the bones
Eggs boil and chop. I cut using Jizerske.
Cut chicken into pieces (or split fibers) and add the eggs cut. Mix. Add mayonnaise and salt to taste. Decorate according to your taste and mood.
