Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    200 g

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Horseradish

    2 tsp

  • Mayonnaise

    4 Tbsp

  • Green onions

    1 Tbsp

  • Greens

    3 Tbsp

  • Spices

Cooking

Cooking is very simple. Pumpkin grate on a coarse grater.

Cut onion finely.

Chop the greens.

You can do layers, top, pour mayonnaise, add horseradish, garnish.

And you can, by habit, mix the pumpkin, onion, greens.

Add mayonnaise (or sour cream), horseradish.

And stir completely. Season with salt and pepper (if needed). To decorate and serve.

I used yellow mayonnaise and store bought horseradish, but you can cook it yourself.
