Cooking
Suggest to start to prepare the first cream. They are going to do. Dilute starch in milk (50 g)
Lemon wash, pour over boiling water, wipe dry. Grate the zest and squeeze the juice.
The sugar is mixed with egg yolks, until the whites removed (you will need it in the biscuit).
To the starch add the egg yolks and remaining milk, mix well. Put on low fire, heat, stirring, until thick.
Add the lemon zest and juice, mix well.
Add condensed milk, mix well. Hold a couple of minutes and remove from heat, cool slightly.
Add cottage cheese, whisk until smooth. Ready cream put into the refrigerator (preferably for 2-3 hours, the more the better).
Mac to heat up in the pan for 3-4 minutes, then RUB in a mortar or, as I ground in a coffee grinder.
Mix the poppy seeds, sifted flour, salt, baking powder.
Separate the yolks from the whites. RUB the yolks with sugar (50 gr).
Whisk whites to soft peak, gradually adding the sugar (50 gr).
Gently mix the whites and yolks.
Added to protein-yolk mixture and dry ingredients, gently stir.
Add vegetable oil, stir. The dough should be airy and light.
Spread out on a baking sheet baking paper, suggest to lubricate with oil, I baked it on a silicone Mat, and the little cake at the office stuck. Distribute the batter evenly with a spatula. Put the baking pan in a preheated 200°C oven. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until light it will turn brown.
Spread out on a table a clean sheet of baking paper or a towel and turn the cake, give it to cool slightly, carefully remove the paper.
Cut the cake into 3 equal parts. In the form where we will collect the cake, Staley foil, it's more convenient then remove from the mold. Grease one part cold cream.
Cover the first cake with another cake, also brush a layer of cream, so do the same with the last cake layer. Cake liberally lubricated cream from all sides. Decorate with grated chocolate and put in the fridge or the freezer. Cut into portions in the cold. Serve the cakes chilled.
