Ingredients

  • The chicken legs

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Green onions

    0.5 coup

  • Sweet pepper

    2 Tbsp

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Broth

    200 ml

  • Curry

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Chicken legs cut into serving pieces, RUB with salt and pepper. Fry in a skillet in vegetable oil. Flavoring curries.

Chop the onion, pepper, green onion and tomato.

Add the vegetables to the chicken, pour broth and stew under a lid for about 30 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper to taste, add the flour and stir well.
