The great majority of the dough at once and everyone is happy. And most of all - I ))) so... started? Make the dough, which is familiar to many, but I will explain in detail for beginners! Mix butter with water and bring to a boil. Flour pour slide in a deep bowl, mix with boiling water (not water cooled). At once, one more time. The components of the test, it's easy to remember. For example, 200g of flour, 200 ml of water and 300 grams of flour 300 ml of water. BUT... that doesn't mean a Cup of flour in a glass of water, for example. In the Cup of flour than 200 grams, but water 200 ml ie I want to say that grams and ml are not the same number. Then, mix the flour and boiling water. First with a spoon, then gameseven hands. It's really hot. Long You work is not necessary. The dough is brewed instantly.
While the dough cools, make the filling. Grate cheese on a grater. Also, optionally, you can chop and mix greens with boiled eggs. Add there a little bit of melted butter or beef already fried with onion and spices. Or sausage finely chopped, or tomatoes, etc. Thinly roll out the dough, like pita bread (with flour). Layer with the diameter of Your skillet (if You have done everything correctly - the dough You get is very elastic). Do punctures with a fork, otherwise the dough in the pan will bubble.
A good warm up the pan. And will fry on a medium heat. Lay out the tortilla and fry just 30 seconds. In front of You it will turn white.
Turned.. and immediately sprinkle with cheese.
The same can be put on top of meat and herbs.
Or eggs.
Again I will say that everything is done very quickly. Once cheese begins to melt. Turn the cake in half (see photo). And fry just for a few seconds on each side.
