What "Boduli"?. I don't know why, but my dad calls it garlic arrow. Some throw them out and don't even know that... Oh how yummy you can make! To indulge in even in the winter, "boduli" you could slice and freeze.

Cooking
Our ingredients are. I used frozen garlic arrows, still fresh not collected. They cut a length of 2 cm.
Pour into pan with sunflower oil, pour "baduli" and fry.
The chicken breast my, get rid of the skins and bones. Cut fillet into small cubes.

Add salt and seasonings. Fill with boiling water, and simmer under cover for 30 minutes.
Time is up, the water has evaporated. Break 2 eggs and, stirring constantly, fry-up for 10 more minutes.
All ready!!! I can't even imagine how garlic arrows can be thrown away!!! During cooking, they become soft and melt in your mouth, the chicken is also perfectly done.
