Description

Plums baked with almond cream
Sour plum combined with sweet almond cream, white chocolate and cream. I advise you to try.

Ingredients

  • Almonds

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    60 g

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Drain

  • White chocolate

    50 g

  • Cream

    5 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

  • Brown sugar

    4 Tbsp

Cooking

If untreated almonds - pour boiling water, stand 10 minutes and peeled. Let dry and grind to a state of fine crumbs.

Mix sugar, soft butter, melted chocolate, vanilla, flour, almond crumbs, eggs, cream.

All good whisk until smooth.

Plums cut into slices. I needed two pieces.

Pour the cream into the form, spread on top of the pieces of plums and bake in the preheated oven for about 20-30 minutes. Until the mixture thicken. Top can be sprinkled with sugar to form the crust.

The dessert is ready, slightly cooled, cut into pieces and serve. I was making a similar dessert for the first time and was very pleased with the result - sweet cream and sour plum wonderful complement and emphasize each other.
