Cooking
Beat eggs with a whisk, add mayonnaise and grated on a coarse grater cheese. Mix well. Lay a parchment baking sheet, spread on it a lot, bake in a preheated 180C oven for 20 minutes until a beautiful Golden color.
Onions finely chop, sauté in vegetable oil. Mix with mince, salt, season to taste. Evenly distribute the stuffing cooled down on the omelet.
