In principle, this dessert can be prepared with any berries and fruits, with your loved ones or those that are available. I do every time a new variation, depending on the season. Gelatin should be soaked in 50-70 ml of water.
Fruits and berries crushed with a blender until smooth or leaving some small pieces. Immediately, during grinding, each fruit portion add 1/3 of the cream cheese and sugar (honey) to taste.
Dissolve the gelatin (in the microwave, but do not boil). Let gelatin cool for a few minutes and paste it into every fruit-cottage cheese, dividing roughly into 3 parts. Stir well.
Put fruit and cottage cheese mixture in the refrigerator. As soon as you begin to harden, place in layers in bowl or glasses and leave in the fridge for 1-2 hours (or 30 minutes in the freezer) until fully cured.
