Cooking
The products that we need. Instead of tomatoes you can use tomato paste (1-2 tbsp), but then you need more water (2-3 liters).
Soak the beans overnight. Rinse and boil for 40 minutes until soft.
Scald the tomatoes with boiling water and remove the skin. In a blender, grind them up, puree. Cut onion finely, carrot RUB on a small grater, finely chop the garlic.
Squeeze the juice of half a lemon. Parsley wash, dry and finely chop. Cut into several (as many as servings you are going to bring to the table) of slices of lemon for decoration.
In a pan pour olive oil, add the onion and cook stirring until Golden brown. Add the carrots, garlic, sugar, lemon juice, salt.And to extinguish all together for another 15 minutes.
Add the beans, cooked until soft in a saucepan with sauce, mix well, cover with water so that water covers the beans (about 1-1,5 l of water). Cook on low heat until cooked beans.
Decorate the dish with lemon and parsley. Bon appetit!
