Cooking
If You have fish fillets, then fillets cook from it, but it is better and easier to buy fillets. Wash, dry on a paper towel.
Cut into portions. When cooking fish, according to Alla Budnitsky, it is necessary to observe the rule of three P: salt and pepper, to acidify. This time, the third P I missed, since I was going to cook with wine.

I "missed" wine, I was sure that I have dry, but it turned out sweet. I think you just have to take it DRY!
To pour wine. According to the original recipe, 250 g fish need 2 tbsp of wine. I had 700 g of fish, so I took 6 tbsp
Put it in the oven. The temperature of 200-220 gr. Palladium in the oven and, if necessary, pour the fish juice from the fish, mixed with the wine. I honestly didn't get watered once looked – all the fish in the liquid.
After 20 minutes, the form pulled and greased the fish with sour cream.
After another 5 minutes take out the fish. In my opinion, a pretty!
