A terrific appetizer for wine! Hot cheese with spices and wine, which is delicious to dip the dried fruit.

Cooking
Fondue I used Marble cheese from Belebeevsky dairy plant.
Grate it on a fine grater and pour warmed warm cream.
Wine you can use any - even the remnants of the stale champagne. I have dry white
Pour in a saucepan the wine, add the grated garlic.
To the wine add the spices and honey.
Dissolve in a little cold cream starch.
Wine boil, reduce heat, and spread it with cream cheese in small portions, stirring constantly.
In the end to obtain a homogeneous mass. Pour diluted starch in cream, cook until thick and remove from heat.
If you have a fondue pot, then pour it in and keep the fondue heated. If not, then you can use small ceramic molds, which must be heated in the oven. Ceramic holds heat for a long time and the fondue will stay hot.
