Cooking

step-0
Here's what you need to make this wonderful cookie.
step-1
Margarine to freeze. Sift the flour. RUB the margarine, mix it with the flour until crumbs.
step-2
Beat eggs with sugar until frothy, add vanilla. Mix the sour cream with ammonia.
step-3
And here is the promised nuance! In this recipe, as baking powder is used, the ammonium food! I didn't know that and have tried many times baking this cookie but it was quite hard, not like grandma's! Ammonium is harmless, but has prinepriyatneyshy smell, including the baking, but the finished cakes no fragrance, and this is big plus regarding the same soda.
step-4
Add sour cream to egg mixture, mix well. Enter the resulting weight into the flour crumbs. Mix thoroughly, the dough will be soft but add flour is not necessary. Leave to cool in the refrigerator for no less than two hours. And better at night.
step-5
Chilled roll out the dough thinly, about 5 mm in thickness, adding flour to the dough does not stick to hands and to the table surface. Cut out figures to put on the sheet far enough apart, since the cookies when baking great increases in size. I got 4 sheets. Bake at 200 degrees until Golden brown (about 15 minutes). Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
step-6
Help yourself! This is a very dry cookie, but light and airy, melts in your mouth, with a creamy vanilla flavor. Specified in the prescription products get a huge plate of cookies, I first thought - Oh how much for the two of us! But it is stored to dry him any longer. :) And we could enjoy the spectacle and to entertain friends.
