Cooking
Chicken cut along the spine and chop it well. Mix salt, pepper, garlic and tarragon. RUB the chicken on all sides.
Chicken grease with melted butter and spread on bars.
Roast in the oven for about an hour. Can and over the coals.
The chicken is ready to decorate canned peaches and serve. Bon appetit!
