We will prepare beef, pork and a slice of bacon without skin. Carefully with the meat cut away all superfluous veins, films, if any (I had enough clean meat). Cut as fine as possible, then it will be easier to grind using a blender. Cut bacon. Peel the onion and cut into dice. We will need 250 grams of crushed ice, I the ice cubes are crushed using a blender. Grind the meat together with the bacon and onions using a blender, as fine as possible, almost to smooth. Add the ice crumbs, salt, pepper, starch and spice and everything carefully again punched out by a blender. Cover the bowl with cling film and put in the hours the stuffing in the refrigerator.
Lubricates form (volume ~1 liter) vegetable oil, spread the stuffing. With a sharp knife, make shallow incisions (~5 mm) in a grid. Bake in preheated oven to 180 degrees for an hour.
